Welcome to Irma Salas Brows. By booking and receiving our micropigmentation services (brows, lips, eyeliner), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Age and Consent

You must be 18 years or older to receive services.

A signed informed consent form is required prior to the procedure, including authorization for the use of before-and-after photos, and confirmation that you understand the possible risks.

2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment and will be applied to the total cost of the service.

The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur additional charges.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and a 50% fee applied.

4. Rescheduling

To reschedule without losing your deposit, you must notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance.

5. Touch-Ups

Touch-ups are essential to ensure long-lasting results and are recommended 4–6 weeks after the initial session.

Annual touch-ups are suggested to maintain fresh and natural results.

6. Safety and Medical Conditions

Pre- and post-care instructions must be followed to minimize risks and ensure optimal healing.

Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, use of blood-thinning medications, allergies, sensitive skin, or recent use of retinol/Botox).

7. Guarantees and Liability

Results vary depending on skin type, health, lifestyle, and aftercare.

We do not offer refunds for completed services, as outcomes cannot be guaranteed for all individuals.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the client shows visible contraindications (such as burns, infections), appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engages in behavior that compromises safety.
